What we collect
When you order: your name, email and mobile number. On the free PDF or contact form: your email, name and message. We also note which page brought you to the site (for example an ad or a link). Your card, UPI or bank details never reach us; Razorpay takes them directly.
How we use it
To deliver your ebooks, give you a login to your library, and for refunds and support. If you started an order but did not finish the payment, we may send at most 2 reminder emails with the same payment link. If you took the free PDF, we sometimes email you about new ebooks; to stop these emails, just reply and tell us. We never sell your information.
Services we share it with
Razorpay for payments; Resend to send emails; and our database to keep order and customer records. When it is switched on, our server sends page views, checkouts and purchases to Meta's (Facebook/Instagram) Conversions API, along with your IP address, browser details and a SHA-256 hash of your email, phone and name (not the real values); this helps us measure our ads. When it is switched on, Google Analytics 4 counts visits to the site. DevGranth does not use Meta's browser pixel.
Cookies and browser storage
One cookie keeps you signed in to your library. First-party cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and a visitor ID help us recognise visits and clicks that come from ads, and the source you came from is saved in your browser. When Google Analytics is on, it sets its own cookies. You can delete cookies any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can write to us any time to see or correct your information, or to have your emails and order records deleted. Tax and payment records that the law requires us to keep will stay for as long as the law says.
Where we work from
DevGranth runs from India and sells only in India. Prices are in Indian rupees (₹), and your information is handled under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You sign in to your library with a one-time code sent to your order email, with no password.
